Instructions
  1. Wash sorghum and soak in luke warm water for 5mins.
  2. Drain the water and dry them for 10mins.
  3. Now keep a thick pan/kadai and let it become hot.
  4. Once the pan is hot, pour jowar and keep stirring with a ladale.
  5. When the grains start popping, cover the pan with a lid. Make sure there is a gap and the pan is not completely closed.
  6. Once the popcorn is ready, keep in a vessel.
  7. Now grind the popcorn coarsely and then add jaggery and grind it again.
  8. Add cardamon powder to this mix.
  9. Make laddus by adding sufficient hot ghee.
  10. Enjoy very tasty and healthy millet laddus.
