Preparing roti using Kaulige foods’ Multi Millet Roti Mix. These rotis are healthy and tasty but you should have it while its hot.
The Roti mix is made out of Wheat Flour, Jowar Flour, Foxtail Millet Flour, Little Millet Flour, Kodo Millet Flour and Proso Millet Flour.
About Mixed Millet
This recipe contains more than one millet. Millets are good for you. More millets are better!- 2 cups Multi Millet Roti Mix
- 1 cup Water Add water little by little
- 1 tsp Salt to taste
- Mix roti mix, salt to taste and water to form a smooth dough. Add water little by little.
- Pinch a small or medium sized ball, flatten it and dust with some flour. Flatten the dough using rolling pin or palm. You can also place the dough in a zip pouch and press it using your palm.
- Gently remove the flat uncooked bread from the ziplock bag and place it on a hot tava or flat pan. Cook on one side. Flip and cook the other side. flip a couple of times and cook til brown spots appear on both sides. apply some oil or ghee on top.
- Enjoy hot with any subzi.
